🔹 About the role:
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you'll lead the onboarding journey for new clients—from account activation and product training to post-implementation support. Your ability to manage multiple accounts, solve client issues, and deliver an excellent onboarding experience will be key to client retention and satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Activate accounts and ensure setup readiness prior to scheduled trainings.
- Conduct daily implementation meetings, including follow-ups and client record updates.
- Deliver hands-on training on the Glamera portal (B2B SaaS platform).
- Configure and activate Glamera accounts before live sessions
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with the technical and customer success teams to escalate bugs or issues
- Maintain precise documentation of all client communications and updates
- Update training materials based on new system features.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (finance background is mandatory)
- 4+ years exp. in software implementation
- Previous experience in accounting or finance software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills
- Experience in SaaS, with client support and finance-related exposure, is mandatory
- Strong problem-solving ability and detail orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
- Excellent English, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
