Role Description

on-site role located in Cairo for an Education Advisor specializing in studying abroad (sales). The Education Advisor will assist prospective students through educational consulting, guide them in selecting suitable study programs, and provide information on admission processes. The role involves communicating with students and their families to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions, and building solid relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of customer service, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a well-informed and supportive consultation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Consulting skills to guide and recommend suitable education plans.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, families, and institutions.
• Background in Education or related fields to provide expert advice and understanding of academic programs.
• Proactive approach, ability to manage multiple clients, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in advising or studying abroad services is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
