Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Project Manager to take full ownership of deploying and stabilizing our digital systems. This is a highly operational role focused on the "how" and "when" of project delivery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of multiple software rollouts, ensuring that applications are not just installed, but are fully functional and utilized by our teams on-site and in the office.
Your core responsibility is to keep the gears moving. You will spend your time in the details: tracking project tasks, troubleshooting implementation roadblocks, and ensuring that our systems (including ERPs) meet the practical needs of a busy construction firm. You will be expected to:
Manage the Rollout: Lead the daily activities required to get new applications and systems live across various departments and project sites.
Rigorous Tracking: Maintain detailed project logs, schedules, and status reports to ensure multiple concurrent projects stay on track.
Direct Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of escalation for implementation issues, working directly with vendors or internal teams to find immediate solutions.
User Training & Support: Ensure that the end-users understand the new systems through direct coordination of training and post-launch support.
Process Documentation: Create clear, step-by-step documentation for how systems should be used within our specific operational context.

Job Requirements

Execution-Focused Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience directly managing the implementation of IT systems and software.
ERP Experience: Practical, hands-on experience ERP implementation (preferable SAP) or administration is a strong bonus.
Methodology in Action: Proficiency in project management tools to track tasks and milestones with precision.
Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to manage the "nitty-gritty" details of several different projects at the same time without losing momentum.
Continuous Learner: A fast learner who can quickly get under the hood of a new system to understand its features and limitations.
Field Readiness: Comfortable working within the fast-paced, often demanding environment of a large-scale construction company in Cairo.
