e are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting students to enroll in universities across Egypt and requires a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Recruit and counsel prospective students interested in studying at universities in Egypt.
• Promote Egyptian universities and academic programs to students through calls, meetings, events, and online channels.
• Guide students throughout the recruitment journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Achieve monthly and annual recruitment targets in a highly sales-oriented environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on university admission requirements, programs, and deadlines.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the higher education sector in Egypt is an advantage.
