Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing and maintaining safeguarding policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, creating a positive and nurturing environment, and communicating with parents and caregivers to address their concerns and provide updates. The role also involves staff training, performance management, and maintaining high standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children policies and practices
• Proven experience in Nursery and Nursery Management
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and children
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of educators
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A relevant childcare or education qualification, such as a diploma in Early Years or equivalent
• Knowledge of local childcare regulations and standards
