Role Purpose
The Head of IT Demand, Delivery & Governance will design, implement, and operationalize an enterprise-wide IT Demand, Delivery, and Project Governance framework aligned with business strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), regulatory obligations, and telecom industry best practices.
The role ensures predictable delivery, transparent governance, optimized resource utilization, regulatory compliance, and measurable business outcomes, while enabling sustainable adoption and structured knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Demand ManagementEstablish business case development standards and benefits realization tracking.2. Delivery Management & GovernanceEnable and govern Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
3. Project, Program & Portfolio ManagementDefine and implement Project, Program, and Portfolio lifecycle frameworks.4. Capacity & Resource ManagementDesign capacity and resource management models aligned with demand forecasts.5. Financial & Procurement GovernanceEnsure project financial management aligns with AOP, budgeting, and cost controls.6. Change & Release ManagementDefine and implement change management and release governance frameworks.7. Tools, Reporting & EnablementConfigure and enable governance tools and executive dashboards.Key Deliverables
IT Demand & Delivery Governance FrameworkRequired Experience & Skills
10–15+ years of experience in IT Governance, EPMO, Demand & Delivery Management.
