We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with strong hands-on expertise in Carrier screw chillers, specifically Carrier model 30XA1312-A000-2PE, to support the maintenance and repair of chillers at a large commercial building. The role will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing the performance of chilled water systems to ensure reliable building cooling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Chiller Maintenance & Repair

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Carrier screw chillers, with focus on model 30XA1312-A000-2PE

Diagnose system faults, alarms, and performance issues in chilled water systems

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on screw chillers

Replace faulty components, sensors, valves, compressors, and controls as required

Ensure chillers operate within design efficiency and
