Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator based in Qesm El Maadi. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure seamless collaboration across project teams. Daily tasks include coordinating BIM models, facilitating communication between architecture and engineering teams, and supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) integration. Additionally, the BIM Coordinator will assist in project organization, ensure compliance with project standards, and deliver accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Exoerience not less than 3 years in same position
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in Project Management, including organization and planning skills
• Solid understanding of industry-standard software and tools relevant to BIM
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
