Job Summary:

The HR Payroll & Personnel Officer is responsible for managing employee payroll, attendance tracking, and all governmental and personnel-related processes. The role ensures accurate salary processing, compliance with labor regulations, and effective coordination with employees through official communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Track employee attendance using fingerprint/biometric systems.
  • Handle personnel records, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Manage all governmental processes (social insurance, labor office, and related compliance).
  • Coordinate with employees through official WhatsApp groups for announcements and HR communications.
  • Monitor CCTV footage when required for attendance, security, or internal investigations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, and HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Payroll & Personnel roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor regulations.
  • Experience with biometric attendance systems.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
