Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews for direct reports. Ensure adherence to safe work practices within the team. Manage team schedules and staffing levels for optimal efficiency. Manage company vehicles and ensure optimal use. Track and optimize routes for delivery personnel. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance. Handle issues related to cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Facilitate clear communication both internally and externally. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Performance Management and Analysis: Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Analyze performance data and identify potential risks or losses. Prepare and track performance reports. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints. Work collaboratively with customer service teams to resolve issues effectively.
