We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Desk Agent to join the Digital Egypt Team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient handling of support tickets, complaint resolution, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all complaints are accurately logged by the Xceed team.
- Conduct root cause analysis for each complaint and verify compliance with service terms and conditions.
- Check the status of requests across multiple systems and data sources.
- Prioritize, resolve, and assign tickets to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Handle cases reported by government authorities (GAs) and citizens.
- Assess existing processes and assist in troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in service desk or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and government service platforms is a plus.
