Responsibilities:
- Reduce Manager Workload: Proactively source qualified interpreters, freeing up manager time for other priorities.
- Streamline Candidate Selection: Efficiently screen and evaluate candidates, presenting managers with only the best options.
- Simplify Interview Process: Coordinate all interview logistics, ensuring a smooth and organized process for managers and candidates.
- Expand Candidate Pool: Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
- Improve Hiring Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the recruitment process, saving managers time and resources.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, reflecting positively on the company and the hiring manager.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, Odoo experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Experience with Odoo HR modules a plus.
