Location: Cairo / Hybrid
Experience Required: 0–2 years (B2B exposure preferred)

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to support our B2B sales efforts in a tech-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in tech sales, client engagement, and pipeline development.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads

  • Support outbound and inbound sales activities

  • Initiate conversations with prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp

  • Understand client needs and map them to our solutions

  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and track sales activities

  • Support senior sales and presales team during demos and proposals

  • Follow up with prospects and help move deals through the pipeline


Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Exposure to B2B sales is a strong plus

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and structured processes

  • Organized, disciplined, and eager to learn

  • Good English communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or digital services company

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Understanding of basic sales funnels and qualification concepts
