We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to support our B2B sales efforts in a tech-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in tech sales, client engagement, and pipeline development.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads
- Support outbound and inbound sales activities
- Initiate conversations with prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp
- Understand client needs and map them to our solutions
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM and track sales activities
- Support senior sales and presales team during demos and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and help move deals through the pipeline
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to B2B sales is a strong plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and structured processes
- Organized, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Good English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, or digital services company
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Understanding of basic sales funnels and qualification concepts
