Unimack International Group is expanding its operations and seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical field to lead and optimize our nationwide distribution network, ensuring operational excellence and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives

• Establish, manage, and expand a high-performing distributor network across Egypt

• Ensure consistent product availability, efficient stock management, and timely deliveries

• Monitor distributor performance and enforce company policies and service standards

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to maximize market coverage and efficiency

• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in distribution management within the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to oversee multiple territories and distributor partners effectively
