As we continue expanding, we are looking for a driven and strategic SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development team and accelerate pipeline growth.
The Role
As SDR Manager, you will lead a team responsible for qualifying inbound signups and generating outbound opportunities. Your mission is to ensure every lead is contacted promptly, nurtured effectively, and converted into a qualified sales opportunity.
You will play a key role in pipeline growth, performance optimization, and strengthening alignment between Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead & Develop the SDR Team
- Manage, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a high-performance, positive, and competitive team culture.
- Conduct regular training, call reviews, and one-to-one performance sessions.
🔹 Drive Lead & Opportunity Management
- Ensure fast follow-up on all inbound leads and trial accounts.
- Implement structured outbound strategies and referral initiatives.
- Apply lead scoring and prioritization to maximize conversion rates.
🔹 Pipeline & Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs such as calls, chats, meetings booked, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track performance and generate reports for leadership.
- Run daily stand-ups and optimize workflows to improve productivity.
🔹 Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth handover and faster deal cycles.
🔹 Operational Excellence
- Oversee attendance, schedules, and activity management.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency and results.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience managing SDR teams or leading lead-generation operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (essential).
- Proven track record of driving outbound and inbound conversion strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
