Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Information Security (InfoSec) Specialist with 4+ years of experience to protect our organization’s systems, networks, and data. The ideal candidate must have experience in the banking or fintech domain, with strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor security systems, investigate incidents, and respond to threats.
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and penetration testing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Collaborate with IT, product, and development teams to implement secure solutions.
• Perform risk assessments for new systems, applications, and third-party vendors.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Security.
• Experience in banking or fintech domain (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
