Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for commercial property sales.
- Present and sell commercial units (retail, office, clinics).
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential clients.
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable options.
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contract terms.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize deals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Commercial is a must).
- Strong understanding of commercial property investment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Strong network of investors is a plus.
