Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for commercial property sales.
  • Present and sell commercial units (retail, office, clinics).
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential clients.
  • Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable options.
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contract terms.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize deals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Commercial is a must).
  • Strong understanding of commercial property investment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong network of investors is a plus.
