About the Role

You will play a key role in improving departmental efficiency, maintaining quality standards, supporting training systems, and ensuring smooth knitting operations aligned with customer and production targets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain strong housekeeping practices.
• Review, develop, and improve department training systems and processes.
• Deliver and track training programs while achieving defined training targets.
• Conduct regular informal audits to ensure procedures, machine usage, and operational standards are followed.
• Monitor daily QC checks and assess fabric risks with the production team.
• Track efficiency, cycle times, and WIP to ensure targets are met.
• Investigate and resolve fabric faults, quality issues, and employee-related concerns.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and process efficiency.
• Support audit readiness and meet customer requirements.
• Handle analysis and risk reports.
• Manage styles for international brands.
• Train new team members on full project flow from order receipt to shipment to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support talent development and help build a high-performance department culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering (Knitting / Weaving / Spinning).
• 3–5 years of experience in textile manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and machine troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP reporting and quality standards (ISO awareness).
• Lean / 5S knowledge is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train, guide, and develop team members.
