Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an OTA Specialist. The OTA (Online Travel Agency) Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with OTA platforms, optimizing listings, and ensuring accurate information and pricing across all channels. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to increase bookings, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. The OTA Specialist will also monitor competitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Experience with OTA platforms, channel management, and pricing optimization Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends in online travel booking Excellent communication and relationship management skills for working with external partners and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset
