Manage and optimize programmatic advertising across platforms using Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and various SSPs (e.g., Magnite).
Ensure proper ad tag implementation and troubleshoot issues across web, app, and CTV platforms.
Monitor performance metrics (CPM, fill rate, view ability) and deliver insightful, regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
Oversee monetization efforts on social platforms including YouTube AdSense, Facebook In-Stream Ads, TikTok Pulse, and Snapchat Partner Program.
Support video ad serving for Smashi TV (CTV, live streams, and VOD) via platforms like SpringServe or similar.
Align ad delivery strategies with editorial and commercial goals by working closely with content creators and sales teams.
Liaise with external partners (SSPs, MMPs, ad servers) for campaign implementation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Stay up to date with industry trends and explore new tools, platforms, and techniques to drive incremental revenue.
Responsible for identifying target audience and ensuring the right channels and content
Identify and propose new monetization opportunities across digital inventory
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Media Buying, Ad Operations, or Digital Advertising., preferably within a digital media or publishing environment.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Familiarity with social media monetization tools and platform dashboards (YouTube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Experience with mobile ad serving and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Understanding of ad tag structures, basic HTML, and ad troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Smooth and efficient execution of ad campaigns across all platforms.
- Improved fill rates and monetization KPIs across priority channels.
- Strong cross-department collaboration and communication.
- Identified and initiated at least one new monetization opportunity or process improvement.
