Responsibilities:
Proficient in using Odoo system. Receiving and sorting garments according to category, size, and color. Accurately recording daily movements both manually and on the Odoo system. Monitoring the inbound and outbound movement of items between the branch and the warehouses. Maintaining the warehouse in a clean, organized, and accessible manner to ensure easy item retrieval. Conducting periodic stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with system records. Preparing all required reports related to inventory, stock movements, and variances.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or intermediate education (preferably Commerce or Business Administration graduates). Experience in warehouse operations; experience in clothing stores/garment warehouses is preferred. Mandatory: Basic knowledge or practical experience using Odoo, even at an entry level. Ability to work in a fast-paced and well-organized environment. High accuracy in handling items, SKUs, and data entry. Strong commitment, discipline, and punctuality.

* اولا يجيد استخدام الاودو ODDO.
* استلام وفرز الملابس طبقًا لأصنافها ومقاساتها وألوانها .
* تسجيل الحركة اليومية ورقيا وعلى نظام Odoo بدقة تامة.
* متابعة دخول و خروج الأصناف بين الفرع والمخازن.
* الحفاظ على ترتيب وتنظيم المخزن لضمان سهولة الوصول للأصناف.
* إجراء الجرد الدوري ومطابقة الأرصدة على النظام.
إعداد التقارير المطلوبه و الخاصة بالمخزون والحركة.
المتطلبات:
* مؤهل عالي (او متوسط خريجي تجارة أو إدارة أعمال).
* خبرة في المخازن، ويفضل خبرة سابقة في ملابس.
شرط أساسي: الإلمام بالعمل على نظام Odoo ، حتي ولو بنسبه بسيطه .
* القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التنظيم.
* دقة عالية في التعامل مع الأصناف والأكواد.
* الالتزام والانضباط في المواعيد.
