1. Monitor status of orders and contracts terms & conditions.
2. Responsible for the process of all products coding on Odoo.
3. Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices, timelines.
4. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
5. Evaluating pricing and Delivery time, then deciding which suppliers best fit Company needs.
6. Analyze and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms to obtain the best deal for the company.
7. Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality
8. Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
