Job Summary:
The Senior Officer / Officer – Transformation & Change Management supports the execution of change initiatives by coordinating change activities, communications, training, and adoption tracking. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth implementation and effective engagement of impacted employees during transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, and communications.
- Track progress, identify adoption challenges, and escalate risks while ensuring adherence to change management standards and tools.
- Support bank-wide capacity sizing and FTE calculation through data collection, workload analysis, trackers, and dashboards.
- Prepare and distribute communications materials such as emails, presentations, FAQs, and guides.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement by preparing communications materials and coordinating workshops and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training logistics and materials, collect adoption and feedback data, and provide day-to-day support to managers and employees during and after implementation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 : 5 +years of experience in change management, project coordination, business transformation, communications, or transformation-related roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of change management concepts and tools (e.g., ADKAR).
