Define and drive the design vision across our suite of B2B, consumer, web, and mobile products. Lead the design of gamification systems; loyalty journeys, reward mechanics, behavioral nudges, and engagement loops, that keep users coming back. Lead design strategy for major product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering directly with Product and Engineering leadership. Own and scale our design system end-to-end: architecture, governance, contribution model, and documentation; so it grows with the product and the team. Champion the use of AI-powered tools, including Claude, across the design team, from accelerating research and ideation to building smarter, more functional prototypes. Build functional prototypes that simulate real product behaviors, enabling faster validation with stakeholders and users before a single line of production code is written. Build, mentor, and grow a team of product designers. Establish design processes, rituals, and standards that improve speed and quality without stifling creativity. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking, especially around AI-assisted design, emerging UX patterns, and mobile-first experiences.
Job requirements:Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science.4+ years of product design experience, including experience in a lead-level role. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating design leadership across complex, multi-platform fintech, loyalty, or enterprise Saa S products. Deep experience designing gamified product experiences. Expert-level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping, component systems, variables, and design tokens. Proven track record of owning a design system in a real product environment; you've built it, maintained it, and scaled it as the product evolved. Active, hands-on use of AI tools, including Claude, as part of your design workflow.
