• Management of sales promoters team within the area, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Performance development through overcoming challenges and applying impactful thinking
• Responsibility for product promotions, distribution, stock availability, and pricing control in the market and across stores
• Set creative approaches for selling OPPO devices, especially new launches
• Follow up on sales promoters’ hiring, training, daily activities, and weekly/monthly reporting
• Build strong relationships and maintain smooth communication with customers after sales to handle inquiries and issues
• Support the achievement of growth targets for both existing and new devices
