Job Summary
Premier Services and Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Outsourcing Department. The role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding the company’s outsourcing services while building strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR outsourcing services. Generate leads and acquire new clients across different industries. Promote the company’s outsourcing services and business solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business development KPIs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Follow up on contracts, renewals, and ongoing client requirements. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings when required. Prepare regular business development and pipeline reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Previous experience in outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or business services is highly preferred. Strong understanding of outsourcing services and client management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client management and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
