Roles & Responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for handling the hotels direct contracts through our extranet.

Responsibilities:

• Loading the new hotels static contracts, renews and promotions.
• Loading hotels policies (Allocation, release, cancellation, children policy, etc..)
• Update the extranet inventory based on the stop/open sale situation.
• Communicate with other teams regarding special request, support and rates breakdowns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile Requirements:

• Excellent command of English.
• Min. 1 year experience in loading hotel rates/contents.
