We are recruiting for our client multinational manufacturing company of home and personal care products located in 6 of October city .
Position: Senior Export Logistics & Customer Service

Position Purpose This role focuses on customer-related tasks, including invoice distribution, complaint resolution, and timely payment processing. It also manages financial processes like freight cost analysis, billing, and compliance. Internally, it coordinates order fulfillment, shipment scheduling, and warehouse capacity management. Additionally, it emphasizes quality standards, safety, and continuous process improvement.
Key Accountabilities Customer Distribute invoices to customers in both soft and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy in account statements. Analyze causes of returned goods, documenting and resolving customer complaints promptly. Prepare and send monthly closing reports to customers and the finance team, ensuring full reconciliation with SAP records.

Financial Analyze and monitor freight costs and transportation rates, and conduct regular audits of related documentation to identify opportunities for cost savings, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance. Upload all customer pricing contracts for finished products into SAP, ensuring consistent pricing across invoices. Ensure invoices are issued with correct, contract-compliant prices. Follow up with authorities on VAT and duty refunds for export orders to maximize financial returns. Prepare and arrange Form 13 documentation for export orders, ensuring compliance and timeliness.


Internal Process- Manage order fulfillment end-to-end, coordinating shipments between destinations, scheduling resources, arranging container bookings, and generating sales and delivery orders to meet customer demand.- Optimize warehouse and inventory operations by ensuring optimal finished goods capacity, monitoring stock levels, and aligning production schedules with forecasted demand to reduce bottlenecks and enhance delivery efficiency.- Coordinate documentation and shipment tracking, including preparing packing lists, pro forma invoices, delivery orders, and pre-alerts, while updating shipment information in the database for accuracy and audit readiness.-Oversee returns, repairs, and disposal, maintaining high service standards and creating required documentation for unserviceable items.

Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Order management, export and freight coordination both local and international experience is a must.- In-depth knowledge of financial documentation and audits, freight management, and export compliance.- Proficient SAP SD "sales & distribution "is a MUST- Proficiency in English is a must.
