Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
  • Address customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve communication processes.

Working Hours:

2 working hours available

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or moderation roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Gulf culture, particularly Kuwaiti traditions and cuisine.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle messages and calls efficiently.
