Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Address customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication.
- Collaborate with the team to improve communication processes.
Working Hours:
2 working hours available
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or moderation roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Gulf culture, particularly Kuwaiti traditions and cuisine.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle messages and calls efficiently.
