Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

6 months -2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
