- Knowledge of preparing USA tax returns for individuals and businesses in a public accounting firm or similar environment. 

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 

-  Knowledgeable with tax preparation software (Lacerte, ProSeries, CCH Axcess Tax, CFS, Tax Tools Workshop) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). 

- Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations. 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak tax season. 

- Client service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
