Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve future rollouts.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a rollout engineer, low current engineer, field engineer, or in a similar role, handling deployments and rollouts of technology solutions.
Solid understanding of technology, networking, and system installation and configuration processes.
Familiarity with smart systems, smart applications, and IoT protocols.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, vendors, and end-users.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in executing rollout activities.
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple rollout projects simultaneously.
