We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, uphold brand standards, lead a motivated team, and provide exceptional guest experiences.


Operations Management

  • Oversee daily FOH & BOH operations in line with SOPs and hygiene standards
  • Ensure smooth restaurant opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service quality
  • Monitor inventory, waste, and cost control to meet budget targets
  • Coordinate with procurement and kitchen on stock, quality, and efficiency

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams
  • Prepare weekly schedules and manage staffing needs
  • Conduct team briefings, evaluations, and performance appraisals
  • Coordinate with HR on hiring, training, leaves, and disciplinary actions

Financial Oversight

  • Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget
  • Monitor daily sales reports, guest checks, and discounts
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and cash handling policies
  • Maximize profitability through upselling and portion control

Guest Experience

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and act on feedback
  • Ensure timely and professional service from arrival to departure
  • Anticipate guest needs and build lasting relationships with VIP clientele

Administrative Duties

  • Complete daily reports and submit monthly operational reviews
  • Maintain proper communication with senior management on goals and challenges
  • Ensure accurate documentation of schedules, incidents, and reports


Skills

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (minimum 5 years + in a similar role) 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service, and hygiene standards
  • Solid understanding of POS systems, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Customer-focused, hands-on, and solutions-driven
  • Fluent in English and Arabic 
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is
