Job Description

• decision maker for all warranty cases for dealership.
• Manage all factory recalls, announcements, campaigns and procedures.
• Handling warranty claims for Nissan networks.
• Follow up on all justifications regarding warranty cases.
• Control all needs of special coverage, Goodwill contribution, extended warranty and pre-approvals.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
• Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor
