Job Description

• Supervise and support Project Managers and Technical Office Engineers within the designated area.
• Monitor the execution of multiple projects to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with central departments (planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, etc.) to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
• Lead area-level reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Address technical and operational challenges at the regional/project level.
• Represent area performance in senior management meetings and provide strategic input.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including significant experience in managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional site teams and technical operations.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
