Responsibilities
Define Product Vision & Strategy: Own and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals.
AI & Data Product Leadership: Spearhead the creation and iteration of data-intensive and AI-powered features (e.g., recommendation systems, automation engines, analytics dashboards).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities in the Data/AI domain.
Feature Prioritization: Translate product strategy into actionable feature sets and sprint plans using tools like Jira, Notion, or ClickUp.
KPIs & Success Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future decisions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the tech or AI/data space
Strong understanding of data pipelines, AI technologies, and analytics tools
Proven experience launching or scaling data-driven products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with a bias toward data-informed decision-making
Familiarity with tools like SQL, BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI), or ML concepts is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the tech or AI/data space
