Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS). Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in calculating and estimating construction costs for civil infrastructure and building elements.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering
