Job Description

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Lead full project lifecycle for construction projects exceeding EGP 1 billion in value
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and governmental authorities including Engineering Authority and Military Departments
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations
• Provide leadership to the site teams and ensure alignment with company standards
• Prepare regular project reports and present progress to stakeholders
• Resolve any project-related issues and ensure timely delivery

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's in Architecture from a public university
• Prior experience in companies like Orascom, Hassan Allam, Elsewedy, Madkour, etc.
• Must have worked on projects worth EGP 1 billion or more
• Experience working with military authorities (Engineering Authority, Military Intelligence, etc.)
• Age: Maximum 45 years
