Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the conception, design of the projects
• Prepare project technical manuals
• Participate in Preparing specifications & bid documents
• Study offers & participate in selecting suppliers
• Preparing design drawings and work drawings
• Supervise & control work development
• Receiving and following all Engineering requests and proposes solutions.
• Documenting all Engineering Dep. works.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Action plan/ Maintenance sheets for all Engineering department works.
• Preparing and following all ISO documents.
• Overseeing building work, surveying sites
• Overseeing Maintenance works
• Coordinate participants work and control time plan
• Carrying out quality inspections on work
• Solving any problem on all sites.
• Applying health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to his/her manager on the performance of the lower-level staff
• Perform any tasks requested by superiors

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.

Languages:

• Arabic: Native.
• English: Very Good
