Roles & Responsibilities

We re excited to announce the launch of our Engineers' Academy! This unique 3-month internship program offers 15 selected engineers hands-on exposure across key departments in our company, including:
(Planning - Production - Maintenance - Quality - R&D)
Alongside technical training, participants will gain valuable experience through:
Soft Skills Development: Leadership, Teamwork, Problem Solving
Lean Manufacturing Training: 5S, 7 Wastes, Lean Principles
Management Training: Finance for Non-Finance, HR for Non-HR, Strategic Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Engineering or Chemistry background required
  
• Experience: Final year Engineering students, Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• The internship program will run from August to the end of October 2025
