 About the Role:

 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our café. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience managing a café, restaurant, or similar food service setup, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Memorize all products and descriptions, understand dietary labels and be able to recommend to customers correct products based on accurate knowledge. A written exam will be given to test the applicant's ability to comprehend easily our products.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for orders
• Prepare staff schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate coverage
• Monitor financial performance including sales, expenses, and profitability
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to boost customer traffic
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Skills

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of managerial experience in a café, restaurant, or similar environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Sound understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control
• Proficient in using POS systems and restaurant management software
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
