👨‍🍳 Kitchen Team

🔸 Commis Chef I, II, III

• Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Prepare ingredients, clean workstations, and organize kitchen tools
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock of kitchen areas
• Learn and grow under supervision for career progression

🔸 Chef de Partie (CDP)

• Lead a specific section (grill, wok, cold, etc.)
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff (commis chefs)
• Monitor portion sizes, minimize wastage
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients

🍽 Service Team

🔸 Waiters / Waitresses

• Greet customers and provide menu recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve dishes in a timely and professional manner
• Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude
• Assist in table setup and cleaning before and after shifts
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience

🚗 Delivery Team

🔸 Car Drivers / Bike Riders

• Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely
• Ensure order accuracy and packaging before departure
• Use GPS or delivery apps efficiently
• Collect payments if required (COD)
• Maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle or bike
• Follow traffic laws and restaurant’s delivery policies

• Good personal hygiene and presentation

👨‍🍳 For Kitchen Roles (Commis / CDP):

• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Previous kitchen experience preferred (especially in Asian or fast-casual kitchens)
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Willingness to take on multiple kitchen tasks
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a plus (but not mandatory)

🍽 For Service Team (Waiters/Waitresses):

• Previous experience in casual or fast-paced restaurants preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Knowledge of food menu and ingredients (training provided)
• Cheerful and attentive to guest needs

🚗 For Delivery Team (Drivers/Riders):

• Valid UAE driving license (car/bike as applicable)
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and delivery apps
• Own vehicle is a plus (if applicable)
• Respectful, safe driver with customer-first mindset
• Able to work in outdoor conditions and meet delivery timelines
