Job Description

• Build the overall time schedule and create the required updates whenever necessary.
• Preparing reports (biweekly - monthly) to clarify the executive position of the business, whether by the owner or internally.
• Follow up, evaluate, calculate and analyze the actual progress status.
• Monitor contractors and sub-contractors’ productivity on site.
• Monitoring supplies and purchases and their arrival times at a site according to work needs and modify whenever required.
• Providing proposals and alternatives to ensure business progress.
• Create an emergency plan to avoid risks.
• Determine the necessary elements that essential to develop the site progress to achieve the main schedule and accordingly provide the correction actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or ither department.
• At least 10 years Project Management Experience.
• Team player.
• Analytical Skills.
• Attention to Details.
• Excellent MS Office- Primavera – AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
• Proven track of English language.
