Job Description

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to drive the sales performance and growth for our brand across the UAE. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies for new and pre-owned vehicles, achieving volume, revenue, and profit targets


What You Will Do

•  Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets

•  Lead, motivate, and coach the national sales team and dealer network to deliver sustainable results

•  Act as the key liaison between the brand, dealers, and internal stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities

•  Ensure adherence to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and company policies, and local regulations

•  Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, and lead monthly reviews with all team members

•  Oversee execution of sales processes, incentive schemes, and retail standards

•  Drive improvements in customer experience programs and ensure consistent delivery

•  Build and maintain relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and key partners to enable sales success

•  Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team to drive high performance and engagemen

Skills

Required Skills to be Successful

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

•  10+ years in automotive sales management, including at least 3 years at national/regional level

•  Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable results

•  Strong experience optimizing sales operations


About the Team

You will be leading a team of 20, including 2 direct reports, and working closely with the Brand Director. Our team is dedicated to achieving high performance and delivering exceptional results, aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and brand standards
