Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party platforms.
- Ensure performance growth by managing campaigns to meet clients' ROI goals and quickly implementing optimization recommendations.
- Maintain strong understanding and application of Google Ads campaign types and best practices.
- Continuously analyze performance data and create detailed campaign performance reports.
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets across all platforms and campaigns.
- Create and test compelling PPC ad copy through continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Report on key performance indicators, calculate Cost Per Lead (CPL), forecast spend, and adjust strategies based on demand and seasonality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation.
- In-depth experience in the Google Display Network and overall Display Advertising.
- Solid knowledge of retargeting/remarketing strategies.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 1 year managing a team.
- E-commerce experience is a must.
- Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising is a plus.
- Experience with luxury brands is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in French is a plus
