Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of strategic execution, driving initiatives from planning to measurable impact.
- Build and grow a network of partners, including affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with new partners to ensure long-term collaboration and strong performance.
- Track and analyze affiliate activity and campaign results, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize and scale the program.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including campaign models and pricing structures, to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams and game publishers to ensure affiliate strategies align with overall business growth and user acquisition goals.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to extract actionable insights and proactively adjust strategies for a leading market position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Comfortable initiating and managing negotiations, with a proven ability to build strong affiliate relationships from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in managing large volumes of partners while maintaining quality and performance.
- Self-driven and adaptable, eager to learn and expand domain knowledge as business needs evolve.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-first mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and seek team support when needed.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Mixpanel or similar), with a strong focus on user event analysis to drive performance decisions.
- Familiarity with website intelligence and SEO tools like Similarweb, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry, including its trends, audience behavior, and growth dynamics.
Salary: €32,496 - €35,748 a year
