Your Mission

• Develop and implement procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure governance and compliance.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and due diligence to contract negotiation and risk mitigation.
• Use procurement platforms (like Coupa) to drive digital transformation and efficiency.
• Partner with legal, finance, and operations to ensure sourcing aligns with internal controls and ethical standards.
• Track supplier performance, manage payment schedules, and report on procurement metrics including cost savings and risk exposure.
• Keep a pulse on market trends, supplier innovation, and regulatory changes to inform sourcing strategy.

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within fast-paced, commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record in supplier relationship management.
• Process-driven, analytically strong, and able to track KPIs and drive cost optimisation.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, and confident working cross-functionally.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. (CIPS certification is a plus.)
