Job summary

Responsible for overseeing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and optimize procurement processes to support the organization's objectives

Qualifications

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Review and update procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with senior management to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives
  • Prepare the procurement plan for all the departments

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with contractual terms

Skills

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
