Job Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance procedures across all production stages.
• Ensure HVAC units comply with internal engineering specifications, customer requirements, and external quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with product standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues at root cause level.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.
• Develop and update quality control documentation, including inspection procedures, checklists, and test protocols.
• Lead and train the QA/QC team, and foster a culture of quality awareness across departments.
• Prepare for and lead external and internal audits, certifications, and client inspections.
• Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, FMEA, and control plans.
• Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with the procurement team to address supplier-related quality issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and measuring tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Quality Management
  • Minimum of 8 years of quality experience in industrial manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC products and quality control methods
  • Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
  • Experience leading audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement programs
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis and data-driven quality assurance
  • Ability to lead quality training sessions and drive a culture of excellence
  • Proficiency in quality tools: 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, Minitab (or similar)
