Effective job management involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams and consistent communication with key partners.

• Coordinate the delivery of our services, including assisted software installation, customer training/coaching, and full development of data science projects
• Maintain internal communication across teams for progress tracking and collaboration
• Build relationships with key partners within the organization and among customers to drive mutual success and growth
• Evaluate customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process, focusing on minimizing time-to-value and maximizing ROI
• Standardize implementation processes as the company grows and evolves
• Position customers and partners for operational success through data-driven insights by coordinating deployment, training, and best practice adoption

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science projects, or consulting
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Arabic
• Demonstrated project management skills,leadership, communication, and customer management
• Experience in managing complex projects and working with difficult stakeholders
• A strong interest in staying current with the latest techniques and technologies, such as Python, R, Scala, Hadoop, Spark, H2O, SQL, and more
• Familiarity with enterprise data projects and advanced analytics technologies is beneficial
• The ability to explain data science concepts clearly and concisely
• Tech-savviness without requiring engineering expertise
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or similar training is advantageous
